I've just listened through the second time to take everything in. I love how the conversation meandered purposefully and brought up some great points. I envy Ty for living so close to the Cy Twombley gallery. I feel a rising excitement when I spend time with his work but this is rare. Thank you both for an inspirational talk, which I have some good takeaways from which to practice.

I remember seeing Cy's work at a museum with you in Margate! It was huge! Thanks for listening twice! When do I get to interview you?

Throughly enjoyed this debut episode! Went straight to Ty’s website - had to see his work! Incredible! His ideas about mentoring, mining the past and communing with art ( visual, sound, words) with such reverence is inspiring. The two of you conversing was full of little sparks! ⚡️ ( and oh yes nick cave. Cy twombly, Rilke are all inspiring to me too. )

Ty was an amazing first guest. I’m so glad you connected to his inspirations. He has a podcast as well…I bet you could find him speaking more about those favorite names on there somehere too. It’s cool to know about they Cy Twombly influence in his own work and the visits he has with him, just sitting in the gallery, listening to the painting! I checked Ty’s Gene Keys, and he has 22 in EQ. :)
